JGR has not engaged in any collection agency partnership locally as practiced by other collection agencies in the Philippines today, as JGR directly provides collection services to their clients through their official offices, which are located in La Defense Bldg. Brgy. Immaculate Concepcion Cubao Quezon City, the main office, and one (1) located in the city of Antipolo Rizal and one (1) in the city of Davao, their only branches nationwide.
And this is our clear stand:
Any behavior that contravenes governmental laws and regulations and that could harm our company’s reputation is not tolerated. Therefore, in accordance with Section 12 of NPC Circular 17-01, we firmly believe that we must abide by the laws governing the rules and regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas BSP Circular # 454, the Securities and Exchange Commission’s SEC Memorandum Circular # 18 series of 2019, and the National Privacy Commission’s Data Privacy Act of 2012. JGR forbids anyone from engaging in any unfair collection practices, and if there is any such case, then we encourage you to immediately report to us at jgrconnet@jgrcollection.ph so we can take appropriate action.
