Our STORY

JGR was founded by Janet Garfin Reniva, the president and CEO. She established the company in the first quarter of 2017 with the assistance of experts in the collection. Initially, JGR operated as a sole proprietorship with a tiny workforce. However, during the second quarter of that year, the company acquired its first client, AIQON Unicorp Inc., which launched the first official collection recovery operation, and after the business expanded significantly, JGR became an incorporation in March 2018.

JGR is an acronym of the owner, and its aim is to provide collection recovery services not only in the Philippines but across the globe, handling any type of bad debt from banks to non-banks or financial technology (FinTech) clients. 

JGR is aware of its obligations as a provider of collection recovery services, particularly with regard to the company's place in our society given how highly esteemed collection agencies are currently perceived in the Philippines.

As a result, we offer highly skilled and knowledgeable collection employees who are properly informed on the nation's current collection laws. When collecting bad debt, our staff upholds the highest standards of decency and professionalism. They also treat all customers and debtors with dignity, respect, and understanding of their financial predicament.
